December 12, 1978 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 002-79 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and others concerned SUBJECT : Loss of Thirteen (13) Sets of Revenue Tax Receipts (CB RCO Form No. 02.02) bearing Serial Numbers 2064030-2064037, inclusive; and 2064046-2064050, inclusive Notice is hereby given of the loss of thirteen (13) sets of Revenue Tax Receipts, to wit: cdt Serial Number Quantity 2064030-2064037 Eight (8) Sets 2064046-2064050 Five (5) Sets The above Revenue Tax Receipts were reported as lost while in the possession of CORAZON BASCO, Collection Agent's Office, Quezon City. Internal revenue officers, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case the above-mentioned Revenue Tax Receipts are found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof.
