January 13, 1978 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 002-78 SUBJECT : Issuance of Internal Revenue Cigarette Strip Stamps, Printed by the Government Printing and Mint Agency, Republic of Korea, Pursuant to Section 149 of the National Internal Revenue Code of 1977 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned Announcement is hereby made that starting January 16, 1978, the Accountable Forms Division of this Bureau will issue the serially numbered Internal Revenue Strip Stamps for cigarettes printed by the Government Printing and Mint Agency, Republic of Korea, Seoul, Korea, and described hereunder.
