December 27, 2013 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 001-14 SUBJECT : Lost Three (3) Sets of an Unused BIR Form No. 2313 Certificate Authorizing Registration TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of three (3) sets of an unused BIR Form No. 2313 Certificate Authorizing Registration (CAR) with the following serial numbers: CAR201100181952 CAR201100181953 CAR201100242532 The abovementioned forms were reported as lost by Ms. Cynthia M. Escao and Ms. Cristeta A. Aguilar, assigned at Revenue District Office No. 40, Revenue Region No. 7, Quezon City, Consequently, said lost forms have been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered as INVALID. Internal Revenue Officials, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in the event that the aforesaid forms are found and to take the necessary measures to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use of the same.
