December 18, 2023 REVENUE DELEGATION AUTHORITY ORDER NO. 43-2023 In the exigencies of the Large Taxpayers Document Processing and Quality Assurance Division and in view of the Division Chief Marilou S. Valles approved leave of absence from December 27 to December 29, 2023, Assistant Division Chief Jacqueline C. Mallari is hereby designated as Officer-In-Charge from December 27 to December 29, 2023 , be authorized to sign the following documents: DETACa 1. Request for Manual Payment 2. Certification of Payment 3. Certified True Copy of Documents 4. Certificate of Authentication 5. Certificate of Outstanding Tax Liabilities 6. Request for Account Adjustment for the Imposition of Penalties Paid by Taxpayer 7. Request for Confirmation of the Inclusion of Specific Payee in the Submitted Alphalist 8.
