ABUTAZIL, Regional Director (RD), Revenue Region No. 16-Cagayan de Oro City , from March 15-April 09, 2024, and to ensure the smooth continuity of operations within RR No. 16, as dictated by the exigencies of the service, HELEN T. All kinds of Refund (approval of reports and/or claims) 7. Subpoena Duces Tecum 8. Certificate of Tax Exemption of Cooperatives 9. Referral Letter for Criminal Complaints 10. Signing of Warrant of Distraint and Levy 11. Signing of Writ of Garnishment 12. Designated user of Elams/IRIS Access 13. Notice of Levy on Real Property 14. Lifting of Warrants and Notices (NTL, NOL, NOE) 15. Tax Clearance other than for bidding purposes 16. Authority to Cancel Assessment (ATCA) for purposes of availment of tax amnesty 17. Purchase Order/Job Order for Procurement/Bid Documents 18. Notice of Tax Lien 19.
