Line-up for promotion as the Chairman of the Selection Board X 2. Dropping from the Rolls X 3. Terminal leave application X 4. Application for Retirement and other Social Insurance Benefits X 5. Correction of personal information (date of birth, change of name & status, correction of name) X 6. Appointment with change of position title only X 7. Request for reconsideration on the invalid appointments by the CSC X 8. Transmittal/indorsement to Malacaang, CSC, DOF, of approved appointments of presidential appointees X 9. Nomination/endorsement letters to DOF, NEDA, embassies and other inviting agencies X 10. Scholarship Service Contract both foreign and local X All issuances or portions thereof not consistent with this Order are hereby repealed or amended accordingly.
