October 1, 2002 REVENUE DELEGATION AUTHORITY ORDER NO. 08-02 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Others Concerned SUBJECT : Delegation of Authority to Sign Memorandum of Agreement and Other Related Documents In line with the streamlining of operations at the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and its endeavors to reduce incidences of "red tape", the authority to sign the following documents/and or agreements is hereby delegated to the Deputy Commissioner of the Operations Group: 1. Memorandum of Agreement on the implementation of the use of on-line electronic documentary stamp tax (DST) metering machine; and 2. Such other documents/orders/circulars in connection with the implementation of the above agreement. All issuances or portions thereof not consistent with this Order are hereby repealed or amended accordingly. This Order shall take effect immediately. (SGD.) GUILLERMO L. PARAYNO, JR.
