Authorizing Norberto D. Vitug to Represent the BIR in Signing the MOU Granting Financial Assistance to Government Employees Affected by Typhoon Yolanda

October 28, 2015 REVENUE DELEGATION AUTHORITY ORDER NO. 05-15 The exigency of the revenue service so requiring and for expediency and ease in the processing of documents, the authority of the Commissioner of Internal Revenue as stated under Revenue Memorandum Order No. 28-99 (RMO No. 28-99) is hereby delegated to ATTY. NORBERTO D. VITUG, Regional Director, Revenue Region No. 14 Tacloban City, (1) to represent this Office in signing the Memorandum of Understanding by and between the Bureau of Internal Revenue and the beneficiaries from Revenue Region No. 14 Tacloban City for the grant of financial assistance from the President's Social Fund (PSF) to the government employees who were affected by Typhoon Yolanda, and (2) to perform such other acts necessary and indispensable to carry into effect the foregoing Memorandum of Understanding. This authority, notwithstanding the provisions of RMO No. 28-99 shall still be observed. The authority shall automatically be revoked upon completion of the said undertaking and shall be limited to the afore-cited subject and function. This Order shall take effect immediately. (SGD.)
