July 16, 2020 REVENUE DELEGATION AUTHORITY ORDER NO. 03-20 In line with the implementation of Republic Act (RA) No. 11032, otherwise known as the "Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018," and in response to the recommendation made by the Global Forum on Transparency and Exchange of Information for Tax Purposes during the second round of review of the Philippines' implementation of the Exchange of Information on Request (EOIR) standard to further streamline EOIR processes so that it is able to respond to all requests for information in a timely manner, as the exigencies of the service so require, the following EOI documents are ordered to be approved and/or signed by the following officials: EOI Documents Signatory 1. Letter to Banks and Other Financial Institutions Deputy Commissioner, Legal Group 2. Final Reply to Foreign Tax Authority Assistant Commissioner, Legal Service 3. Outgoing EOI Requests Deputy Commissioner, Legal Group All other issuances or portions thereof inconsistent with this Order are hereby repealed or amended accordingly.
