June 19, 2019 REVENUE DELEGATION AUTHORITY ORDER NO. 02-19 In line with the implementation of Republic Act (RA) No. 11032, otherwise known as the "Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018" and the recommendation of the OECD Global Forum on Transparency and Exchange of Information for Tax Purposes, to further streamline the EOI processes to be able to respond to all requests in a timely manner and to implement the internationally-agreed standards of the Exchange of Information on Request, as the exigencies of the service so require, the following EOI documents are ordered to be approved and/or signed by the concerned officials: CAIHTE EOI Documents Signatory 1. Acknowledgement Letter to Foreign Tax Authority Division Chief, International Tax Affairs Division 2. Letter to Government Agencies Assistant Commissioner (ACIR),Legal Service 3 Letter to BIR Offices ACIR, Legal Service 4. Partial Reply to Foreign Tax Authority ACIR, Legal Service All other issuances or portions thereof not consistent with this Order are hereby repealed or amended accordingly.
