August 30, 2013 REVENUE DELEGATION AUTHORITY ORDER NO. 006-13 SUBJECT : Delegation of Authority to Designate Special Collecting Officers (SCO) and Special Disbursing Officers (SDO) TO : All Internal Revenue Officials and Employees Concerned In line with the streamlining of functions pursuant to Executive Order No. 366, otherwise known as the BIR Rationalization Plan, the authority to designate SCO and SDO in the National Office and the Regional Offices is hereby delegated to the following officials: Officers to be Recommending Approving Official Designated Official SCO and SDO assigned in ACIR of the concerned Deputy Commissioner- the National Office Service Resource Management Group SCO and SDO assigned in Chief of the concerned Regional Director of the the Regional Offices Division Concerned Regional Office This Order shall take effect immediately.
