April 3, 2009 REVENUE DELEGATION AUTHORITY ORDER NO. 002-09 TO : All Revenue Officials and Employees Concerned SUBJECT : Amendment of Certain Portions of Annex "A" of Revenue Delegation Authority Order (RDAO) No. 8-2007, as Amended by RDAO Nos. 4-2008 and 1-2009 Attached for your guidance is the revised version of Annex "A" of RDAO No. 1-2009 dated March 16, 2009. All issuances or portions thereof not consistent with this Order are hereby repealed or amended accordingly. This Order shall take effect immediately. (SGD.) SIXTO S.
