January 9, 2013 REVENUE DELEGATION AUTHORITY ORDER NO. 001-13 TO : All Revenue Officials and Others Concerned SUBJECT : Delegation of Authority to Sign Terms of Reference Emanating from Offices Directly Under the Office of the Commissioner of Internal Revenue To strengthen internal control and ensure proper check and balance, the Chief of Staff on Legal Matters of the Office of the Commissioner of Internal Revenue (OCIR) is hereby authorized to sign the Terms of References prepared by the offices directly under the supervision of the OCIR. All issuances or portions thereof not consistent with this Order are hereby repealed or amended accordingly. This order shall take effect immediately. (SGD.) KIM S.
