March 16, 2009 REVENUE DELEGATION AUTHORITY ORDER NO. 001-09 TO : All Revenue Officials and Employees Concerned SUBJECT : Amendment of Certain Portions of Annex "A" of Revenue Delegation Authority Order (RDAO) No. 8-2007, as Last Amended by RDAO No. 4-2008 Attached for your guidance is the revised version of Annex "A" of RDAO No. 4-2008 dated October 10, 2008. In case the approving authority is the Management Committee (MANCOM), the signatory shall be the Commissioner of Internal Revenue. However, pertinent documents shall be attached showing the signatures of approval of at least majority of the MANCOM. ICASEH All issuances or portions thereof not consistent with this Order are hereby repealed or amended accordingly. This Order shall take effect immediately. (SGD.) SIXTO S.
