February 2, 1994 REVENUE ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 2-94 The exigencies of the revenue service so requiring and pursuant to Section 4 of Executive Order No. 132 of the President authorizing and ordering the streamlining of the Bureau of Internal Revenue, 1. Deputy Commissioner Victor A. Deoferio, Jr., is hereby designated and assigned as Deputy Commissioner for Information Systems Group; 2. Deputy Commissioner Rene G. Banez is hereby designated and assigned as Deputy Commissioner for Resource Management Group; and 3. Deputy Commissioner Beethoven L. Rualo is hereby designated and assigned as Deputy Commissioner for Operations Group Notwithstanding the foregoing delineation of jurisdiction, the Deputy Commissioners shall exercise functional supervision and direction over the Regional Directors in connection with matters pertaining to their respective areas of concern and shall engage in such appropriate consultation and coordination as the exigencies of the service may require. This Order shall take effect immediately and shall remain effective until December 31, 1994. All previous orders inconsistent herewith are hereby revoked. LIWAYWAY VINZONS-CHATO Commissioner
