Recomposition of Revenue Region Nos. 3A, 3B, 4A, 4B and 4C

November 4, 1987 REVENUE ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 13-87 SUBJECT : Recomposition of Revenue Region Nos. 3A, 3B, 4A, 4B and 4C TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned I. Objective : This Order is issued to implement more effectively Executive Order No. 127, reorganizing the Bureau of Internal Revenue, specifically the provision creating an additional Revenue Region, 4B2, and to establish a closer, more thorough and effective administrative control and supervision of field operations in Revenue Region Nos. 3A, 3B, 4A, 4B1, 4B2, and 4C. To achieve this objective, the Revenue District Offices of Revenue Regions 3A, 3B, 4A, 4B1, 4B2 and 4C are hereby regrouped taking into account homogeneity and contiguity of location of cities and municipalities involved. cd i II. Delineation of Areas of Jurisdiction : A. Revenue Region 4B shall now be subdivided into Revenue Regions 4B1 and 4B2: 1. Revenue Region 4B1 (Quezon City) shall be composed of five (5) Revenue District Offices, namely: a) RDO 30 Quezon City (North) b) RDO 30A Quezon City (South) c) RDO 31 Mandaluyong and San Juan d) RDO 35 Pasig e) RDO 35A Marikina 2. Revenue Region 4B2 (Makati) shall be composed of five (5) Revenue District Offices, namely: a) RDO 32 Makati (East) b) RDO 32A Makati (West) c) RDO 33 Pasay City d) RDO 34 Paraaque e) RDO 36 Cavite B. Revenue Region 3A which has formerly four (4) Revenue District Offices shall now consist of 6 Revenue District Offices, as follows: a) RDO 15 Tarlac, Tarlac b) RDO 16 Olongapo City c) RDO 17 Balanga, Bataan d) RDO 18 San Fernando, Pampanga e) RDO 19 Baler, Quezon f) RDO 20 Cabanatuan City C. Revenue Region 3B shall be composed of 3 Revenue District Offices, as follows: a) RDO 21 Valenzuela, Bulacan b) RDO 28 Malabon and Navotas c) RDO 29 Caloocan D. Revenue District Offices 42 and 43 (Oriental and Occidental Mindoro, respectively) of Revenue Region 4C (San Pablo City) shall be transferred to Revenue Region 4A (Manila): cd i 1. Revenue Region 4A shall now consist of eight (8) Revenue District Offices, namely: a) RDO 22 San Nicolas and Tondo b) RDO 23 Sta. Cruz and Binondo c) RDO 24 Quiapo, Sampaloc and San Miguel d) RDO 25 South Manila e) RDO 26 Romblon f) RDO 27 Puerto Princesa and Palawan g) RDO 42 Calapan, Oriental Mindoro h) RDO 43 San Jose, Occidental Mindoro 2. Revenue Region 4C shall be composed of the following Revenue District Offices: a) RDO 37 San Pablo City b) RDO 38 Batangas City c) RDO 39 Lucena City d) RDO 40 Gumaca, Quezon e) RDO 41 Boac, Marinduque III. Staffing : The approved staffing pattern under Executive Order No. 127 of the Revenue District Offices involved shall be strictly followed. Where a Revenue District Office is transferred from one Revenue Region to another in accordance with this Order, the entire personnel complement indicated in its pattern shall correspondingly be transferred.
