January 5, 2024 REVENUE ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 1-2024 SUBJECT : Redefining the Areas of Jurisdiction of RDO No. 50-South Makati City and RDO No. 44-Taguig City-Pateros in View of the Supreme Court (SC) Decision Dated December 1, 2021 TO : All Internal Revenue Officials and Employees I. OBJECTIVE: This Order is issued to redefine the areas of jurisdiction of Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 50-South Makati City, and RDO No. 44-Taguig City-Pateros in compliance with the Supreme Court, Third Division's Decision dated December 1, 2021 to transfer certain Barangays from Makati City to Taguig City. cAaDHT II. DELINEATION OF AREAS OF JURISDICTION: The redefined areas of jurisdiction of the aforesaid RDOs shall be as follows: A. RDO No. 50-South Makati City shall be composed of the following: 1. Barangays of Makati City: Dasmarias Forbes Park Guadalupe Nuevo Pinagkaisahan Urdaneta 2. Salcedo Village B. RDO No. 44-Taguig City-Pateros shall be composed of the following: 1. Barangays of Taguig City: Bagumbayan Bambang Calzada Cembo Central Bicutan Central Signal Village Comembo East Rembo Fort Bonifacio Hagonoy Ibayo-Tipas Katuparan Ligid-Tipas Lower Bicutan Maharlika Village IDSEAH Napindan New Lower Bicutan North Daang Hari North Signal Village Palingon-Tipas Pembo Pinagsama Pitogo Post Proper Northside Post Proper Southside Rizal San Miguel Santa Ana South Cembo South Daang Hari South Signal Village Tanyag Tuktukan Upper Bicutan Ususan Wawa West Rembo Western Bicutan 2. Barangays of the Municipality of Pateros HCaDIS Aguho Magtanggol Martires Del 96 Poblacion San Pedro San Roque Santa Ana Santo Rosario-Kanluran Santo Rosario-Silangan Tabacalera III. REPEALING CLAUSE: All issuances or portions thereof not consistent with the provisions of this Order are hereby repealed or amended accordingly. IV.
