January 22, 1987 REVENUE ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 02-87 SUBJECT : Transfer of Function and Personnel of the Revenue Attache Unit to the International Operations Division TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned The exigencies of the revenue service so requiring and pursuant to Section 3 of Executive Order No. 608, the functions and personnel of the Revenue Attache Unit are hereby transferred from the Office of the Commissioner to the International Operations Division without diminution of the emoluments to which the personnel of the said division are presently entitled.
