General Appropriations Act of 1967-1968

August 4, 1967 REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5170 AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE OPERATION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES DURING THE PERIOD FROM JULY FIRST, NINETEEN HUNDRED AND SIXTY-SEVEN TO JUNE THIRTIETH, NINETEEN HUNDRED AND SIXTY-EIGHT AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES SECTION 1. Appropriation of funds . The following sums or so much thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated out of any funds in the Philippine Treasury not otherwise appropriated for the operation of the government of the Republic of the Philippines during the period from July first, nineteen hundred and sixty-seven to June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and sixty-eight except where otherwise specifically provided: [ For brevity, the enumeration under this Section of the funds appropriated for the operation of the government had been deleted . This Act shall take effect on July first, nineteen hundred and sixty-seven, unless otherwise provided. Approved: August 4, 1967, with Presidential veto message.
