June 19, 1959 REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2310 AN ACT TO AMEND THE ARMED FORCES RETIREMENT ACT SO THAT THE BENEFITS THEREIN GRANTED SHALL NOT BE SUBJECT TO ATTACHMENT, LEVY, EXECUTION, OR ANY TAX WHATSOEVER SECTION 1. Republic Act Numbered Three hundred forty, otherwise known as the Armed Forces Retirement Act, is amended by inserting between sections ten and eleven thereof the following new section: cd "SEC. 10-A. The benefits herein granted shall not be subject to attachment, levy, execution or any tax whatsoever." SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
