This advisory is in view of the letter of Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) dated May 25, 2012 informing the Bureau of Internal Revenue of the issuance of Monetary Board Resolution No. 817 dated May 24, 2012 which prohibited MILLENNIUM BANK, INC. (A RURAL BANK) with Office address at Del Pilar St., Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija from doing business in the Philippines and placed the same under receivership with the PDIC as the designated Receiver.
