June 19, 1954 REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1178 AN ACT TO FURTHER AMEND ACT NUMBERED ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY-FIVE BY PROVIDING THAT THE SOCIETY FOR THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO ANIMALS BE EXEMPTED FROM THE PAYMENT OF ALL TAXES SECTION 1. Act Numbered One thousand two hundred eighty-five is further amended by inserting between sections six and seven thereof, the following: aisa dc "Sec. 6-A. All provisions of law to the contrary notwithstanding, the society is exempted as of July four, nineteen hundred forty-six, from the payment of the all taxes on any receipts or income received by it from whatever source."
