President (Sick Leave) QUIRINO TAX ORDINANCE NO. 009-04 ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER IV, SECTION 4B.01 (IMPOSITION OF HOSPITAL SERVICE FEES) OF THE PROVINCIAL TAX CODE NO. 01, SERIES OF 2002, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE REVENUE CODE OF THE PROVINCE OF QUIRINO Sponsor: Hon. Pagbilao WHEREAS, Provincial Tax Code No. 01, series of 2002, otherwise known as the Revenue Code of the Province of Quirino, was enacted on July 16, 2002; WHEREAS, in the June 29, 2004 Local Health Board Meeting, it was proposed that some collective fees in the four (4) hospitals as embodied under the Revenue Code of the Province, should be amended in order to consider the hospital equipment delivered under the Austrian Grant, which this body find proper and necessary. NOW THEREFORE, be is enacted by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan duly assembled: SECTION 1. Chapter IV, Section 4B.01 (Imposition of Hospital Service Fees) of the Provincial Tax Code No. 01, series of 2002, otherwise known as the Revenue Code of the Province of Quirino, is hereby amended to read: cIaHDA ARTICLE B Hospital Service Fees Section 4B.01 Imposition of Hospital Service Fees.
