RESOLUTION NO. 2002-102 RESOLUTION APPROVING PROVINCIAL ORDINANCE NO. 2002-01, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE APPROVING INCREASE IN THE PERCENTAGE FROM THE PREVAILING SCHEDULE OF FAIR MARKET VALUE FOR 2002 GENERAL REVISION ON REALTY TAX IN QUEZON PROVINCE" WHEREAS , the Chairmen of the Committee on Laws, Budget and Ways and Means presented for consideration of the Honorable Sangguniang Panlalawigan the following proposed schedule of market value for 2002 general revision of realty tax in Quezon Province, submitted by the Provincial Assessor to take effect next year (2003), as a result of the public hearing conducted by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan last January 14 which was participated in by representatives of different civic and religious organizations including Municipal Assessors and Municipal Treasurers: Residential and Agricultural Land from the prevailing schedule of Market Value 25% increase Industrial and Commercial Land from the prevailing schedule of Market Value 45% increase Residential Houses and Buildings from the prevailing schedule of Market Value 25% increase NOW, THEREFORE , on joint motion of Honorable Dante Miguel V. Cadiz and Honorable Regore B. Baldeo, duly seconded; BE IT RESOLVED , as it is hereby resolved, to enact, as the Sangguniang Panlalawigan hereby enacts Provincial Ordinance No. 2002-01, entitled: QUEZON PROVINCIAL ORDINANCE NO. 001-02 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE PERCENTAGE FROM THE PREVAILING SCHEDULE OF MARKET VALUE FOR 2002 GENERAL REVISION ON REALTY TAX IN QUEZON PROVINCE Be it ordained in session assembled that: SECTION 1. Title . An ordinance approving the percentage from the prevailing schedule of market value for 2002 general revision on realty tax in Quezon Province, namely: 1.1 Residential and Agricultural Land from the prevailing schedule of market value 25% increase 1.2 Industrial and Commercial Land from the prevailing schedule of market value 45% increase 1.3 Residential Houses and Buildings from the prevailing schedule of market value 25% increase SECTION 2. The increase in the percentage from the prevailing schedule of market value for 2002 of realty tax for general revision 2002 will implemented in 2003. SECTION 3.
