Ramiscal Ex-Officio Councilor (SK) PURA MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 005-11 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3L.01, ARTICLE L, CHAPTER 3 OF THE REVISED TAX CODE OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF PURA SECTION 1. Title. This Ordinance shall be known as "An Ordinance Amending Section 3L.01, Article L, Chapter 3 of the Revised Tax Code of the Municipality of Pura." HTcADC SECTION 2. Scope. This Ordinance shall amend Section 3L.01, Article L, Chapter 3 of the Revised Tax Code of the Municipality Imposing Permit Fee on Agricultural Machineries and Heavy Equipment. SECTION 3. The amended provision of the Revised Tax Code of the Municipality shall read as follows: "ARTICLE L Permit Fee on Agricultural Machineries and Other Heavy Equipment Section 3L.01. Imposition of Fee . There shall be collected an annual permit fee at the following rates for each agricultural machinery or heavy equipment from the operator thereof or from the one renting out or operating the same in this municipality, to wit: Annual Permit Fee Tractor P750.00 Dump truck 1,000.00 Telescopic crane 1,000.00 Mixer 1,000.00 Bulldozer 1,000.00 Grader 750.00 Forklift 500.00 Other agricultural machineries 500.00 not enumerated above" SECTION 4. The provision of the Revised Tax Code specified herein is hereby amended, repealed and modified accordingly. aScITE SECTION 5. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval. UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED.
