PUERTO PRINCESA CITY ORDINANCE NO. 1097 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER VIII, ARTICLE F, SECTION 8F.01 OF CITY ORDINANCE NO. 794, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS "THE REVISED REVENUE CODE OF PUERTO PRINCESA CITY OF 2016" Authored by: Hon. Maria Nancy M. Socrates, City Vice Mayor, Hon. Matthew K. Mendoza, Hon. Victor S. Oliveros, Hon. Henry A. Gadiano, Hon. Peter Q. Maristela, Hon. Patrick Alex M. Hagedorn, Hon. Elgin Robert L. Damasco, Hon Nesario G. Awat, Hon. Roy Gregorio G. Ventura, Hon. Herbert S. Dilig, Hon. Francisco R. Gabuco, Hon. Johnmart M. Salunday, and Hon. Myka Mabelle L. Magbanua, City Councilors BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of Puerto Princesa in its regular session assembled, THAT: SECTION 1. Section 8f.01 of City Ordinance No. 794, is hereby amended to read, as follows: "1. x x x 2. For the Underground River tour/visit - P100.00/tour (adult) - P50.00/tour (minor) 3. x x x" SECTION 2. The abovementioned fees is temporary in nature and shall be revoked until such time the national public health emergency (as per Presidential Proclamation No. 292, S. 2020) in the entire Country is declared lifted by the national government. SECTION 3. Effectivity . This Ordinance shall take effect fifteen (15) days following its full publication in a newspaper of general circulation, if possible, or posting in three (3) conspicuous places in the City of Puerto Princesa, in accordance with Article 114 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991.
