PUERTO PRINCESA CITY ORDINANCE NO. 1096 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER XIII, ARTICLE B, SECTION 13B.03 OF ORDINANCE NO. 794, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS "THE REVISED REVENUE CODE OF PUERTO PRINCESA CITY OF 2016" BY DELETING ITEM NO. 5 THEREOF Sponsored by: Committee on Ways and Means BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of Puerto Princess in its regular session assembled, THAT: SECTION 1. Chapter XIII, Article B, Section 13B.03, item no. 5 (Toilet Fees) of City Ordinance No. 794 is hereby deleted. The same Section shall now read and re-numbered as follows: "SECTION 13B.03. Imposition of fees and charges. The following fees and charges are hereby imposed to Operators who utilized the City Bus and Jeepney Terminal: ITEM: FEES AND CHARGES: 1. Terminal Fee: Per trip: BUS AND HEAVY VEHICLES 90.00 MEDIUM BUS 75.00 MINI BUS 75.00 SHUTTLE VAN 60.00 JEEPNEY (REGULAR) 50.00 (DOUBLE TIRE) 75.00 MULTICAB 10.00/day TRICYCLE 10.00/day 2. Lease of Commercial Spaces Per Month: GROUND FLOOR 300.00/m2 SECOND FLOOR 300.00/m2 OPEN SPACE WITHIN THE MAIN GROUND, FLOOR BUILDING 150.00/m2 SECOND FLOOR W/O FLOORING 100.00/m2 OPEN SPACE WITHOUT BUILDING 20.00/m2 RAW LAND 50.00/m2 3. All other provisions of City Ordinance Nos. 397 and 794 inconsistent herewith are hereby modified, amended or repealed accordingly. SECTION 3. Separability Clause . If, for any reason or reasons, any part or provisions of this Ordinance shall be held to be unconstitutional or invalid, other parts or provisions hereof which are not affected thereby shall continue to be in full force and effect. SECTION 4. Effectivity . This Ordinance shall take effect fifteen (15) days following its full publication in a newspaper of general circulation, if possible, or posting in three (3) conspicuous places in the City of Puerto Princesa, in accordance with Article 114 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991.
