PUERTO PRINCESA CITY ORDINANCE NO. 1058 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER VIII, ARTICLE A, SECTION 8A.01, ITEM NO. 6 OF ORDINANCE NO. 794, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE REVISED REVENUE CODE OF PUERTO PRINCESA CITY Authored by: Hon. Nesario G. Awat, City Councilor BE IT ENACTED by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Puerto Princesa in session assembled, THAT: SECTION 1. Section 8A.01 of Ordinance No. 794, otherwise known as the Revised Revenue Code of Puerto Princesa of 2016, as amended, is hereby further amended to read as follows: HTcADC ITEM FEE 6. ENVIRONMENTAL FEE. Environmental fee shall be valid for ten (10) days from date of payment and is non-transferrable. P150.00 Provided THAT: 1. Residents of Puerto Princesa City are exempted; 2. Palaweos=100; and 3. 20% discount to students, senior citizens, PWD's and other beneficiaries allowed by existing laws to avail of certain discounts. SECTION 2. Repealing Clause . Any Ordinance or pad thereof, which may be inconsistent with this ordinance, is hereby repealed or modified accordingly. SECTION 3. Effectivity . This Ordinance shall take effect immediately following its full publication in a newspaper of general circulation, if possible, or posting in three conspicuous places in the City of Puerto Princesa, in accordance with Article 114 of the implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991.
