PUERTO PRINCESA CITY ORDINANCE NO. 1016 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER VIII, ARTICLE F, SECTION 8F. 03, (2) OF ORDINANCE NO. 794, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE "REVISED REVENUE CODE OF PUERTO PRINCESA CITY OF 2016" Sponsored by: Committee on Ways and Means BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of Puerto Princess in its regular session assembled, THAT: HTcADC SECTION 1. Chapter VIII, Article F, Section 8F.03, (2) of Ordinance No. 794, is hereby amended to read, as follows: "Section 8F.03. Administrative Provisions. xxx xxx xxx 2. Discounts. x x x x x x x x x x x x 50% discount during the celebration of Subaraw Festival on November 2-11 of every year. xxx xxx xxx" SECTION 2. Repealing Clause . All other provisions of Ordinance No. 794 inconsistent herewith are hereby modified, amended or repeated accordingly. SECTION 3. Separability Clause . If, for any reason or reasons, any part or provisions of this Ordinance shall be held to be unconstitutional or invalid, other parts or provisions hereof which are not affected thereby shall continue to be in full force and effect. SECTION 4. Effectivity . This Ordinance shall take effect fifteen (15) days following its full publication in a newspaper of local circulation in Puerto Princesa City. SO ORDAINED.
