OYSON as its Nominee to the Philippine Stock Exchange, Inc. vice Mr. Victor L. Vital. Pursuant to the Exchange rules, the Corporate Governance Office, Trading Participant Relation Section (CGO-TPRS) will now accept comments on the application.
