February 19, 2013 PSE MEMORANDUM NO. TPA-0029-13 SUBJECT : Application for Change in the Nominee of Supreme Stockbrokers, Inc. SUPREME STOCKBROKERS, INC. submitted the name of MS. CINDY B. CAYANAN as its Nominee to the Philippine Stock Exchange, Inc. vice Mr. Eduardo Arroyo, Jr. Pursuant to the Exchange rules, the Corporate Governance Office, Trading Participant Relation Section (CGO-TPRS) will now accept comments on the application. Please send your comments to the CGO-TPRS within fifteen (15) days from the date of this memorandum. The last day for submission of comments will be on 06 March 2013. Please be guided accordingly.
