January 14, 2013 PSE MEMORANDUM NO. TPA-0012-13 TO : Trading Participants SUBJECT : Update of Authorized Personnel & Signatories Form Further to Memorandum TPA-Nos. 2012-0018 dated January 26, 2012 and 2010-0174 dated April 23, 2010, kindly submit an updated and originally signed copy of the following forms to Market Operations Division (MOD): Authorized Signatories Form (ASF) Authorized Personnel Form (APF) The ASF is the official reference of MOD in accepting documents and processing requests submitted by TPs while the APF is the reference used by Market Control (MC) Department in confirming or validating breaching orders that are causing the freezing of Instruments. You may send the updated forms to MOD c/o MC Department no later than February 08, 2013. Attached is a copy of the Authorized Signatories and Authorized Personnel Form. For your compliance. (SGD.)
