Philippine Business Bank: Initial Public Offering — Trading Participant Allocation

January 22, 2013 PSE MEMORANDUM NO. LA IPO-0025-13 TO : All Trading Participants SUBJECT : Philippine Business Bank Initial Public Offering Trading Participant Allocation This is with reference to Memorandum No. LA _IPO_2013-0015 dated January 16, 2013 regarding the Initial Public Offering ("IPO") of the common shares of PHILIPPINE BUSINESS BANK ("PBB" or the "Bank") . In relation thereto, please be advised that, as announced in TPA_2013-0015 dated January 16, 2013, Star Alliance Securities Corporation is an active Trading Participant ("TP") of the Exchange effective January 21, 2013. This brings the number of active TPs from 133 to 134. In this regard, please be advised that, First Metro Investment Corporation, one of the Joint Lead Underwriters to the Bank's IPO, informed the Exchange that, as there is a total of 20,269,200 Offer Shares attributable to the TP tranche, the allocation for each TP will be 151,200 Offer Shares (instead of the previously announced allocation of 152,400 Offer Shares for each TP).
