DA-0347-12 TO : All Trading Participants and the Investing Public SUBJECT : Listed Companies with Public Float Levels Below 10% This is with reference to the Amended Rule on Minimum Public Ownership (the "Amended MPO Rule") as announced in Memorandum CN-No. 2012-0003 dated January 3, 2012, and all subsequent related announcements released by the Exchange. The public float levels stated in the above list are based on the latest Public Ownership Reports ("PORs") and other related disclosures of the concerned listed companies. Further, as previously announced, listed companies that are non-compliant with the MPO requirement are given a grace period of up to December 31, 2012 to comply. Immediately after December 31, 2012, the Exchange shall impose a trading suspension on the shares of non-compliant listed companies for a period of not more than 6 months, or until June 30, 2013. If after June 30, 2013, a listed company remains non-compliant, the listed company's shares shall be delisted effective July 1, 2013. Please be guided accordingly. aEHIDT (SGD.) ROEL A.
