May 17, 2013 PSE MEMORANDUM NO. DA-0321-13 TO : The Investing Public and Trading Participants SUBJECT : Submission of Annual Reports No Trading Suspension on DFNN and EG This is with reference to Memorandum DA-No. 2013-0320 dated May 16, 2013 regarding the suspension of the trading of the shares of listed companies who failed to comply with the structured reportorial requirements of the Exchange, which will commence today, May 17, 2013. HSEIAT In this connection, please be informed that the following listed companies have submitted their Annual Reports, using SEC Form 17-A, for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2012: 1. DFNN, Inc. ("DFNN") 2. IP E-Game Ventures, Inc. ("EG") The financial reports are available for downloading at the PSE website under Company Reports of the Corporate Disclosures section.
