SEC Order of Suspension Trading Suspension Please be informed that the Exchange received the Order of Suspension issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") on the registration and permit to sell securities to the public of Central Azucarera de Tarlac, Inc. ("CAT" or the "Corporation") for violation of the Rules 17.1 and 68.1, as amended, of the Securities Regulation Code.
