May 10, 2013 PSE MEMORANDUM NO. DA-0301-13 TO : The Investing Public and Trading Participants SUBJECT : Non-Compliance with the Structured Reportorial Requirements of the Exchange Please be informed that, as of date hereof, the following listed companies are not in compliance with the structured reportorial requirements of the Exchange for failure to submit their Annual Reports, using SEC Form 17-A, for the year ended December 31, 2012 ("2012 Annual Report"), on or before the extended deadline of April 30, 2013: ECaScD 1. DFNN, Inc. ("DFNN") 2. Globalport 900, Inc. ("PORT") 3. I-Remit, Inc. ("I") 4. IP E-Game Ventures, Inc. ("EG") Pursuant to Section 17.8 on Sanctions for Non-Compliance with Certain Structured Reportorial Requirements of the Revised Disclosure Rules, failure by the above-mentioned companies to comply with the requirements of the Exchange will result in the automatic suspension of the trading of the listed companies' shares starting on May 17, 2013 up to a maximum period of three (3) months . Further, the following listed companies, whose trading of shares are currently suspended, have not yet submitted their 2012 Annual Reports, on or before the extended deadline of April 30, 2013: 1. Philippine National Construction Corporation ("PNC") 2.
