Change in Corporate Name, Stock Trading Symbol and Par Value Trading Halt

May 10, 2013 PSE MEMORANDUM NO. DA-0300-13 TO : The Investing Public and Trading Participants Company : Alcorn Gold Resources Corporation (Now Cosco Capital, Inc.) Change in Corporate Name, Stock Trading Symbol and Par Value Trading Halt This is with reference to Circular Nos. 3362-2013 dated April 24, 2013 and 3692-2013 dated May 6, 2013 regarding the following amendments to the Articles of Incorporation of Alcorn Gold Resources Corporation ("APM" or the "Corporation"), as approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 22, 2013: DAaEIc 1. Change in corporate name from Alcorn Gold Resources Corporation ("APM") to Cosco Capital, Inc. ("COSCO") ; and 2. Change in par value from Php0.01 per share to Php1.00 per share. As previously announced, the above-mentioned changes will be effected on the Exchange's trading system on Tuesday, May 14, 2013.
