Submission of Annual and Quarterly Reports Continued Trading Suspension Please be informed that AsiaTrust Development Bank, Inc. ("ASIA" or the "Company") has submitted the following structured reports: 1. Annual Reports, using SEC Form 17-A, for the fiscal years ended June 30, 2010 to 2012; and 2. Quarterly Reports, using SEC Form 17-Q, for the periods ended September 30, 2010 to December 31, 2012. The financial reports are available for downloading at the PSE website under Company Reports of the Corporate Disclosures section. IEHDAT As announced in Circular No. 7203-2010 dated November 4, 2010, the Company requested the Exchange for a suspension on the trading of ASIA's shares effective November 5, 2010, in view of the fact that its major shareholders were already in the advanced stage of discussions with an investor and the Company wanted to incorporate the material terms of the transaction in its financial statements to better apprise the investing public. The Company requested for the trading suspension until such time that the transaction is finalized. While the Company has subsequently disclosed material developments, the Exchange implemented a continued trading suspension on the Company's shares due to its non-compliance with the structured reportorial requirements under the Revised Disclosure Rules. The trading of ASIA's shares shall remain suspended pending full compliance by the Company with the requirements of the Exchange.
