DA-0149-13 TO : The Investing Public and Trading Participants SUBJECT : Manchester International Holdings Unlimited Corporation [Now Melco Crown (Philippines) Resorts Corporation] Change in Corporate Name, Stock Trading Symbol and Declassification of Shares; Trading Halt This is with reference to Circular Nos. 2018-2013 dated March 6, 2013 and 2157-2013 dated March 12, 2013 regarding the following amendments to the Articles of Incorporation of Manchester International Holdings Unlimited Corporation ("MIH" or the "Corporation"), as approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") on March 5, 2013: 1. Change in corporate name from "Manchester International Holdings Unlimited Corporation" ("MIH") to "Melco Crown (Philippines) Resorts Corporation" ("MCP") ; and 2.
