DA-0073-13 TO : The Investing Public and Trading Participants SUBJECT : Submission of Annual Report Continued Trading Suspension Please be informed that Central Azucarera de Tarlac, Inc. ("CAT" or the "Company") submitted its Annual Report, using SEC Form 17-A, for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2012. The financial report is available for downloading at the PSE website under Company Reports of the Corporate Disclosures section. As previously announced in Memorandum DA-No. 2012-0311 dated November 14, 2012, the trading of the Company's shares was suspended on November 15, 2012 due to non-compliance with the structured reportorial requirements of the Exchange. As of date hereof, the Company has not yet submitted its Quarterly Report, using SEC Form 17-Q, for the period ended September 30, 2012. The trading of CAT's shares shall remain suspended pending compliance by the Company with the structured reportorial requirements of the Exchange.
