December 21, 2012 PSE MEMORANDUM NO. CN-0066-12 TO : The Investing Public SUBJECT : Voluntary Delisting of ETON Please be informed that, in its regular meeting held on 12 December 2012, the Board of Directors of the Exchange granted the Petition for Voluntary Delisting filed by ETON PROPERTIES PHILIPPINES, INC. ("ETON"). In view of the foregoing, the shares of ETON shall be delisted from the Official Registry of the Exchange effective 2 January 2013 .
