December 17, 2012 PSE MEMORANDUM NO. CN-0064-12 TO : The Investing Public SUBJECT : Voluntary Delisting of FMIC and MPTC Please be informed that, in its regular meeting held on 12 December 2012, the Board of Directors of the Exchange granted the Petitions for Voluntary Delisting filed by FIRST METRO INVESTMENT CORPORATION ("FMIC") and METRO PACIFIC TOLLWAYS CORPORATION ("MPTC"). In view of the foregoing, the shares of FMIC and MPTC shall be delisted from the Official Registry of the Exchange effective 21 December 2012, Friday.
