CN-0057-12 TO : Market Participants SUBJECT : Rules and Regulations on Exchange Traded Funds Please be informed that the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) released on October 22, 2012, the SEC Memorandum Circular No. 10 Series of 2012, Subject: Rules and Regulations on Exchange Traded Funds . The Rules shall take effect 15 days after its publication in at least two newspapers of general circulation.
