Invitation to the 3rd PSE Futsal Cup

CN-0031-12 TO : All Listed Companies SUBJECT : Invitation to the 3rd PSE Futsal Cup The Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) management is pleased to invite you to the 3rd PSE Futsal Cup on Saturday, August 4, 2011 from 8 AM to 5 PM at the MVA Gymnasium, Magdalena Circle Park, Magallanes Village, Makati City . The tournament is open to all officers and staff of the PSE, active trading participants and listed firms. The PSE Futsal Cup is an indoor soccer sporting event for our trading participants and officers and staff of listed firms, which aims to foster camaraderie and sportsmanship among the broker community and listed companies. We encourage all brokerage and listed firms to register their respective teams composed of not more than 12 players, starting June 14, 2012, as we can only accommodate up to 10 teams on a first-come, first-served basis . The PSE Futsal Cup is open to all players in the Third Division*. Under the PSE's definition of Third Division, the following are automatically DISQUALIFIED: Current football players of the UAAP, NCAA, UFL and the national team Former players of the UFL and the national team UNDER 45 years old Players who have participated in the last 5 years in the UAAP and NCAA Cups Brokerage and listed firms may field foreign players provided that these players are bonafide employees of the company and they are able to present their official ID to support the claim. A team should be composed of not more than 12 players (male and female) . The PSE may allow a mix of players from brokerage and listed firms provided that the company affiliations of each registered player will be duly declared in the official futsal registration form. STcHDC Each team will only be allowed to accommodate a maximum of two (2) guest players within the 12-player team line up. A guest refers to a non-professional football/futsal player who is neither affiliated with a brokerage nor a listed firm and who falls within the Third Division* category . We request interested parties to fill out the attached registration form and return it to the Public and Investor Relations Sections office located at the 2/F Philippine Stock Exchange Plaza, Ayala Triangle, Ayala Avenue, Makati City or fax at 864-9046 not later than July 16 (Monday) . A team registration fee of P4,000 (inclusive of tournament bibs, free lunch and water drinks for 12 registered players) must be settled before July 23, 2012 at the PSE Cashier, 2/F Philippine Stock Exchange Plaza, Ayala Triangle, Ayala Avenue, Makati City.
