Order to Delist Further to Memorandum CN-No. 2012-0020 concerning the approval of the Petition for Voluntary Delisting filed by PLDT Communications and Energy Ventures, Inc. (the "Company"), please be informed that the Company has complied with the requirements under the Voluntary Delisting Rules of the Exchange, including the payment of the voluntary delisting fee.
