April 30, 2012 PSE MEMORANDUM NO. CN-0020-12 TO : The Investing Public SUBJECT : PLDT Communications and Energy Ventures, Inc. Order to Delist Please be informed that the Board of Directors of the Exchange, in its regular meeting held on 25 April 2012, granted the Petition for Voluntary Delisting filed by PLDT Communications and Energy Ventures, Inc. (the "Company") and accordingly ordered the delisting of the shares of the Company from the Official Registry of the Exchange (electronic board and ticker) effective 18 May 2012.
