CN-0016-13 TO : The Investing Public SUBJECT : Voluntary Delisting of SMB Please be informed that, in its regular meeting held on 24 April 2013, the Board of Directors of the Exchange granted the Petition for Voluntary Delisting filed by SAN MIGUEL BREWERY, INC.
