March 14, 2012 PSE MEMORANDUM NO. CN-0016-12 TO : All Listed Companies SUBJECT : Reminder of Submission of 2011 Corporate Governance Guidelines Disclosure Template Further to PSE Memorandum No. 2011-0024, dated 14 December 2011, we would like to remind all Listed Companies of the requirement for submission of the Corporate Governance (CG) Guidelines Disclosure Template for the year 2011. aSTECA This is an annual submission requirement implemented by the PSE. The Disclosure Template is under a "comply or explain" regime wherein listed companies are required to affirm their compliance with the best practice recommendations indicated under each guideline, or explain the reason for their non-compliance and/or state any alternative action or variation they have chosen to adopt. For the 2012 submission, we would also like to remind all Listed Companies that the deadline for submission is on 31 March 2012 . For your information and guidance. (SGD.) J. ARGEL G.
