Order to Delist Further to Memorandum CN-No. 2013-0014 concerning the approval of the Petition for Voluntary Delisting filed by San Miguel Properties, Inc. (the "Company"), please be informed that the Company has complied with the requirements under the Voluntary Delisting Rules of the Exchange, including the payment of the voluntary delisting fee.
